Michael Waters is the Founder and Principal Consultant of A.I.Y. Systems Group, a multidisciplinary consulting and operational solutions firm focused on industrial systems, facility management, operational reliability, sustainability, workforce performance, and human-centered systems integration.
With more than 25 years of experience across advanced manufacturing, electrical systems, HVACR, automation, workforce development, and operational leadership, Michael brings a rare combination of technical expertise, systems thinking, psychology, and real-world industrial experience.
In previous positions, Michael has supported world-class manufacturing and industrial operations through construction / project management, workforce development, technical training, operational performance initiatives, and systems-oriented problem solving.
